WE NEED YOUR HELP!!! KNOW ANY NURSING MOMS? UPDATE- We do not need anymore volunteers but are overwhelmed with appreciation and happiness for the positive response. Thank you all so much for your enthusiasm and willingness to participate. We may need more volunteers in the future, so please email Kristen Lynch @ Kristen.Lynch@sphp.com if you are still interested in being a model or interested in joining one of our coalitions in Albany Schenectady and Troy. We are always looking for new members!! Working together as a community makes the most difference. Thank you all again!!!! Here at Community Health Programs, we are seeking nursing mothers who are willing to participate in a photoshoot featuring moms nursing their children. The photos will be used to create "standees," which are life-sized cardboard cut-outs, that will be placed throughout the community to promote breastfeeding! Each mother will receive a photo of her nursing her child as a keepsake. If you, or someone you know are interested, please contact Kristen Lynch, Project Coordinator of NYS DOH: Creating Breastfeeding Friendly Communities grant at Kristen.Lynch@sphp.com. #breastfeedingpromotion #normalizebreastfeeding Capital Region Black Breastfeeding Empowerment Network...
